A Weighted Scoring Approach
Every participant should be judged across four main dimensions, with each category contributing to an overall score out of 100 points
Engagement Quality
Up to 30 points
This measures the depth and authenticity of how someone engages. It’s not about how many likes they click — it’s about whether they spark meaningful discussions, share valuable insights, and help others in the community.
Content Impact
Up to 30 points
This focuses on the quality of the content they post on social media. Posts that are creative, educational, and aligned with the Dawn Directive’s mission will score higher. Multimedia content like short videos, reels, or infographics that explain AI literacy in a fresh way should carry extra weight.
Network Contribution
Up to 20 points
This looks at how many real, engaged members each participant brings into the WhatsApp Ambassador group. The emphasis is on genuine connections, not inflated numbers or fake accounts.
Consistency and Activity
Up to 20 points
Finally, we should measure how consistently someone participates throughout the contest period. This includes being active in the WhatsApp group, posting regularly on social media, and showing steady contributions instead of just one big push at the end.
Panel-Based Judging
To keep things fair, the final review will not be left to one person. There would be an independent analysis done by 3 panelists. Each panelist would score participants independently against the criteria, and then the scores are averaged to determine final rankings.
Tie-Breaking Rules
If two or more participants end up with close scores, we’ll use data-driven tie-breakers. The first is to look at engagement metrics: whose posts generated the most authentic reach through shares, saves, and meaningful comments. The second is to bring in community input by letting WhatsApp Ambassadors upvote the people they found most helpful or inspiring. The third, and most important, is alignment with mission: who best embodied MindHYVE’s vision of empowering the world through AI literacy, both in tone and in substance.

No Purchase Necessary: This giveaway is free to enter and open exclusively to members of the AI Ambassadors WhatsApp group.

Winner Selection: The winner will be determined at MindHYVE’s sole discretion, based on group engagement, quality of social posts, and adherence to rules. The 30-minute one-on-one session with Bill Faruki will be scheduled within 90 days of winner announcement.

Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and may not be sold or assigned.
