REFUND POLICY

At CIAI, we strive to deliver exceptional AI education experiences. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

• Full Refund Window: Learners may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment if less than 10% of the course has been accessed.

• Partial Refunds: Not available once more than 10% of course content has been consumed.

• Certification Programs: No refunds are granted once the first module assessment has been submitted.

• Processing: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
